French Summer Fête 4th July 2009
MYL , Nous Aussi, the French Embassy and St John at Hackney Church, Hackney are joining forces on 4 July to celebrate the diversity of the Borough of Hackney in particular its links with France. The day is intended to reach out to Hackney’s large French-speaking constituency, while raising awareness and funds for the important work of our charity.
The event will be a blend of French language, cultural activities and entertainment that will include musical performances, film screenings, language-learning spaces and games for children, a raffle, and food from the Francophone world. Visit www.nousaussi.org.uk
