Our staff team is made up a combination of trained animators (specialists in French play sessions) who deliver our out of school hour programmes and experienced teaching staff who work during the curriculum. We work with education consultants (link to partner’s page) and specialists to develop our programmes and train our staff. MYL provides a professional and dedicated service to clients because:

• All staff have Enhanced Disclosure CRB clearance
• Animators are trained to Higher Level Teaching Assistant Level
• Teachers have QTS or equivalent qualification or highly trained, experienced professional
• Teachers and animators are monitored closely and linked to continued professional development training scheme
• Teachers attend regular training workshops to keep up-to-date with the latest ideas in MFL
• Our teachers are dedicated to their work
• We work with community and business volunteers in our play sessions to broaden learner experience.
