Nigerian Born British French speaker. Kemi established MYL in 2003 drawing inspiration from her extensive travel and love for languages. A fellow of the School for Social entrepreneurs, Kemi has experience as a language teacher, writer, story teller, and singer.

Hi, my name is Tina. My background is in Accounting and Teaching. My role in MYL is to look after the finances.

Elina Street: Animator

Hi, My name is Elina. I study Filmmaking at Kingston University and enjoy working in an enthusiastic group. I was born in the USA and lived my whole life in France. I enjoy sharing this part of myself through classes and working with children.

Maelle Coindreau: Animator

Hi, my name is Maelle, I arrived came to the UK from France two years ago to expand my knowledge of a new language. I am currently studying for an MA in Film Making. I'm really glad to teach French and pass on my culture to kid.

Orode Faka, Consultant Project Developer

Orode is a theatre artist / dancer with an interest in exploring the
rituals of theatre-making, storytelling and especially the carnival of
developing stories that are generated from a community. With over 10
years experience in arts in education, Orode is passionate about
bringing creativity, innovation and enjoyment in learning.

Her role in MYL is to develop the creative projects.

Hello, My name is Lindsay. I am a Study Abroad student studying at the University of Westminster. At my home university I study Media, English and Marketing. I’m very happy to be working here at MYL gaining experience and learning a new language.
